UPDATED Position paper on the applicability of the EC-Directive 97/23/EC "Pressure equipment" for pumps and pump units - 5 May 2011
The exposure of pumps and pump units in the field of the PED is a recurrent question. Finding an answer is not that easy. Europump issued a position paper back in 2000. Due to the revision of some related EC directives the PED Europump position paper has been updated to match the changes. The references have been updated and some minor changes have been implemented. The core statements are still valid.
